Xylanase


Aocter Group selects excellent strains of xylanase, which is produced by liquid submerged fermentation, ultrafiltration, spray drying and other processes. It has the characteristics of stable product quality, wide pH range and good temperature resistance. This product is mainly endo-xylanase, which efficiently acts on β-1,4 xylan glycoside bonds, and has strong hydrolysis effect on soluble and insoluble xylan, with high hydrolysis efficiency.

Product Overview

It has the characteristics of stable product quality, wide pH range and good temperature resistance. This product is mainly endo-xylanase, which efficiently acts on β-1,4 xylan glycoside bonds, and has strong hydrolysis effect on soluble and insoluble xylan, with high hydrolysis efficiency.

Enzyme activity definition
According to the standard GB7300.401-2019, the amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1μmol reducing sugar from xylan solution with a concentration of 5.0mg/ml per minute at 37℃ and pH value of 5.5 is 1 enzyme Enzyme activity unit (U)

Storage and Shelf Life

It should be stored in a cool, dark, ventilated and dry place, and avoid mixing with toxic, harmful or other polluting items.

Shelf life: 1. The solid product is stored at room temperature, and the shelf life is 12 months;

     2. Liquid products are stored in a cool and cool place (<25℃), and the shelf life is 6 months.
